Puppies:

15-25 pound Squat snatch
Pull-ups (beginner or assisted okay)
Crossfit Dumbbel Squat Snatch & Pull ups
I did the dumbbell ( 15# ) version of this because that’s all I found on the site. That means 21x right, 21x left 15x right, 15x left, 9x right, 9x left
This was BRUTAL and the longest workout to date: 28:43. I I had to rest several times due to dizziness. OUCH.
