Crossfit: Hang Clean, Dips, Sit ups

Puppies:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
35-45-pound Hang clean, 15 reps (15# dumbbells)
12 Bar or bench dips
15 Sit-ups

3.24 rounds.
This one kicks my butt. Those hang cleans are much more difficult than they look. This is a very good workout.
