Tyler’s back in San Diego
This is just a quick update on Tyler. He’s back in San Diego, and is working in his old unit. It sounds like he’s pretty busy getting settled back in to his old routine.
We’re so glad you’re back Tyler!
Maybe he can write his own update soon.

Tyler’s ship heading home
According to Tyler’s unit’s newsletter, his ship is heading back to San Diego, and we’re supposed to email him at the Tarawa address. His address is: MortizTP@tarawa.usmc.mil
I don’t know if anyone’s heard from him, but until I hear differently, I’m going to assume he’s onboard the ship.

Weekly Update
Debbie is worried about Tyler of course. We talked a little about that. It’s rough for me to hear that a Marine dies every day, and I know it’s very hard on her. We both talked about the conflicting emotions we experience when we hear the latest causality reports.
